What to expect

We offer participants of iPRES 2024 an insight into the museums and city archive of Ypres. We offer a multiple-choice programme that includes visits to the In Flanders Fields Museum and/or Yper Museum on the one hand, and an exclusive behind-the-scenes visit to the museumdepot Depotyze where museum collections are kept and a look behind the scenes at the City Archives of the City of Ypres on the other. These behind-the-scenes visits are exclusive and accompanied by staff members. They will introduce the participants into the workflows with a special focus on digitisation and the ambitious actions planned for 2024-2028.
