Webinar

All your practical questions as contributors are valuable to us. We kicked off the submissions with a webinar on Thursday 11 January 2024.

Guidelines & answers to frequently asked questions

Overall, the iPRES conference has a few general guidelines for contributions:

For every contribution type, we have more detailed guidelines available. As questions reach us, we will add tips & answers there:

Logging into Indico (captcha problems?)

You can create an account on the Indico platform quickly:

  • using your institutional login (Edugain federates logins from research & education institutions across the globe)

  • using one of your social accounts, e.g. on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn or GitHub

  • registering from scratch with any email address

March 14th: Users have reported issues with the external email route and CERN’s helpdesk has confirmed the issue. Registering your external email requires filling an impossible captcha.

Please contact [email protected] directly to get your account approved. Let us know if you’re afraid you might miss the deadline, via [email protected]
